Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. During the holiday season, carriers can be busier than usual, so we recommend ordering early to receive your CheekyPlush before Christmas.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries. If you can't find your country at checkout, please contact us.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. CheekyPlush is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll do our best to help. Orders with our Shipping Guarantee add-on are covered for loss, theft or damage in transit, and we'll replace your order at no extra cost.
